Workshop Terms & Conditions
Workshop places can be booked via our website or in person at the Finishing Room. We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone.
Full payment for your workshop place will be required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Fabric selection will be required a minimum of 10 days prior to your workshop to ensure that it is ready for your project when you begin. We cannot guarantee that fabrics ordered fewer than 10 days prior to your workshop will be delivered on time and this may mean that you have to reschedule your place. Payment for fabric will be required at the point of order. Please note that fabric may be subject to supplier’s delivery charge.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and that you may need to reschedule your workshop place. Where written notice is given (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) more than 14 days prior to your workshop we will be happy to offer a full refund or an alternative date. Where notice is given between 7 and 13 days prior to your workshop we can offer you a 50% refund or an alternative date.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on bookings cancelled fewer than 7 days before the workshop but we will be happy to reschedule your place. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the workshop date cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled subject to a £45 late cancellation fee.
Course dates may be rescheduled no more than 2 times.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or re-schedule a workshop, all participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to book another place.
Our workshops are not recommended for children and attendees must be over 18.
