Delivery & Returns
Our delivery costs is a flat rate of £3.99 and will be delivered by My Hermes.
We are only delivering within the UK at the moment but if you’re outside of the UK and would like a delivery quote, please email email@example.com before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with a revised delivery date. Should you wish to reselect or cancel your order at this point you will be able to do so and a full refund will be issued.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
We hope that you’ll love what you’ve purchased from The Finishing Room, but it’s also ok to change your mind. If your item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and suitable for resale you’ll have 14 days to return your item and receive a full refund, credit note or exchange. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. We regret we are unable to refund delivery charges for online orders.
We are unable to offer a refund on sale items or custom/personalised orders. This includes fabrics cut to your size requirements.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Should an item be faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our very best to rectify the situation for you.
We work hard to make sure that product colours, finishes and descriptions are as accurate as possible on our website. However due to limitations of digital reproduction and the handmade nature of many of our products, we can’t guarantee exact depiction and variations may occur.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any of our products, delivery costs, materials, content or prices online at any time.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order, providing your goods have not already been dispatched or entered production in the case of made to order or personalised items. To cancel an order you must notify us by email at email@example.com giving us your name and any order reference number. Where your order has already been dispatched, please see our returns policy.
